A cold has limited my time on the trails so I have been doing chores at home:

• sprinkler blowout
• fencepost repairs
• irrigation line expansion (for the spring)
• collecting and composting frost-damaged plants
• harvesting – potatoes, tomatoes,
• lifting bulbs (dahlias, etc.)
• collecting fallen leaves and spreading around perennials and shrubs (cold protection)
• general cleanup before winter
• and more…
