Sunrise Mountain Nature Hike
We hiked up to the top of Sunrise Mountain, above Barnhartvale. It is a steep north-facing slope with grassland and forested slopes. A few wildflowers were observed and photographed along the way. Can you identify some of these?

Shared here are pale agoseris (Agoseris glauca sp.), desert yellow fleabane (Erigeron linearis), shaggy daisy (Erigeron pumilus*), harsh paintbrush (Castilleja hispida), alumroot (Heuchera cylindrica), upland larkspur (Delphinium nuttallianum), and old man’s whiskers (Geum triflorum).
