This mini-conference brings together leading experts to share their knowledge about grassland ecology\, wildlife\, education initiatives\, and restoration work.\n\n\nYou’ll hear from:\n\n\n Dr. Wendy Gardner on global and North American grasslands with a BC focus\n Mike Dedels on accessible grassland areas and land use impacts\n Kristi Gordon on GCC’s new educational curriculum and student projects\n Dr. Nancy Flood on grassland wildlife and bird species in the Kamloops area\n Jesse Ritcey on invasive species management and restoration efforts\n\n\nWhether you’re a student\, community member\, or conservation enthusiast\, this event offers accessible insights into these essential ecosystems.
